Modern 3BR Penthouse with Valletta Views & Terrace

Positive: Przestronny apartament, taki jak na zdjęciach. Samodzielne zameldowanie przebiegło bezproblemowo, wszystko było przygotowane, a gospodarz pomocny i szybko odpowiadał na pytania. Widoki z tarasów cieszyły oko. Negative: Nie mam uwag :)

Positive: Apartament spatios si conform imaginilor. Self check in-ul a fost usor si gazda a raspuns rapid la intrebari Negative: Siatemul de incalzire era realizat de cele 4 ACuri si din pacate seara era destul de racoare, iar ACul din camera cu balcon nu a functionat, insa am anuntat gazda si a spus ca o sa se ocupe de asta. Una din bai nu era in camera, ci pe hol, iar incalzirea se facea doar cu apa calda de la dus, fiind destul de frig pt luna martie. Fiind penthouse, la unele colturi din camere au aparut pete.

BIG REGRET!! Please read the review before booking! Positive: I want to start by saying that the apartment is not on the 7th floor as I received the details from the owner but on the 6th floor. Then I would like to say that the owner is NOT a welcoming and warm host, the reason I say this is that on the first day at 7 am he messaged me to complain that I was making noise with the wheels of the trolley in the apartment that only has tiles on the floor and noise from walking (sorry I haven't reached the levitation performance yet)!!! He didn't have the kindness to leave a bottle of water in the fridge, even though we announced that we would arrive late at night when everything was closed. :( Negative: About the truly unforgivable and unacceptable things about this property is the lack of soap in the bathrooms (an improvisation of water with solid soap). You can't have a coffee because there is no espresso machine in 2026!!! The beds are torn and the pillows are like stones. Please don't forget to bring slippers because there are no mats in the bathrooms. And be careful that you will be asked for a deposit in addition to paying the stay and taxes!

Positive: If you're traveling as a group of friends, book this! We stayed for four days and were actually surprised by how huge the apartment is; plenty of room in the main living area and a proper dining table so we weren't all squeezed in for dinner. Even the bedrooms felt spacious, which is rare for rentals, and there are three bathrooms, two en suite. The best part was definitely the two terraces. Both have these amazing views (one out to the sea, another toward Valletta old town). We ended up spending every morning out on the huge one, with coffee, just taking it all in. Super practical too. The kitchen is fully kitted out and there is also a washer and dryer. There is a small grocery store just down the street, so it’s easy to stock up. The neighborhood felt really safe and quiet at night, but it was still super easy to hop on a bus or grab a Bolt into the city, and with transport prices being so modest, even to Sliema. Definitely recommend it and would 100% stay again.
